Only DMCA notices should be sent to this email. Other inquiries, such as general feedback, comments, or support requests, should be directed to our customer service.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice is not infringing, or that you have the legal right to use such material (e.g., through consent from the copyright owner or under the law), you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the United States, in the jurisdiction where we are located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent thereof.

Restoration of Content

If we receive a counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the copyright owner files a court action to seek an injunction against the alleged infringer, the removed material may be restored or access to it re-enabled within 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice, at our discretion.
